Arts and Nonprofit Consultant, Coach, and More.

“How can I help you do your work?”

That’s the driving question behind my all of my work.

I’m an enabler. I’m a facilitator. I’m an ally in your work to change the world for the better.

I want to learn about your work and do my best to help you achieve your mission and goals.

And I can support you in the following ways…

Consulting

I work with arts and nonprofit organizations, established leaders, and emerging leaders to help to clarify your mission/values and ensure that you can create meaningful social change through your work. I’m particularly interested in issues in the arts and culture field around program design/management, organizational change and innovation, community engagement, impact, and team effectiveness.

I bring decades of experience and expertise in the arts and culture sector as a leader, designer, and implementer and can provide research services, technical advice, or share a dual outsider-insider perspective on how organizations and leaders can break through and make progress towards your goals.

As a consultant, I have an independent practice and also work on other projects in partnership with other consulting professionals.
